Maroz Store — An online shop for frozen-storage | marozstore.com
Stars set temperature: one star holds about -6 °C, two stars -12 °C, three stars store at -18 °C, and four stars also freeze fresh food down to -18 °C.
Freezer star ratings are temperatures written as symbols. One star means the compartment holds about -6 °C; two stars, about -12 °C; three stars, storage at -18 °C; four stars, the ability to freeze fresh food down to -18 °C as well as store it.
The first two ratings are short-hold compartments. At -6 °C or -12 °C food keeps for limited periods, which is why one- and two-star compartments appear inside fridges rather than as standalone freezers.
On narrow screens, swipe or scroll the plate sideways.
Three stars is the household storage standard: -18 °C keeps already-frozen food long term. For a buyer whose freezer only ever receives what the shop froze, three stars are sufficient.
The fourth star changes the appliance's job description. A 4-star freezer can take fresh food — a garden harvest, batch-cooked meals, a bulk meat purchase — down to -18 °C itself, which is what freezing rather than storing means on a spec sheet.
Rating and size interact: a family of four filling 180-250 litres with fresh produce needs four stars across that capacity, while the same litres of shop-frozen storage need only three. The size guide sets the litres; this rating sets the temperature.
